PINE BROOK, N.J. – MaxLite today announced the amicable settlement of a patent infringement lawsuit that had been initiated against the company by Jiaxing Super Lighting Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (“Jiaxing Super Lighting”), a Chinese contract manufacturer based in the city of Jiaxing, located in Zhejiang province. The lawsuit involved MaxLite’s LED tube products.
