tED magazine is continuing its series of episodes introducing you to the 2023 tED magazine “30 Under 35” award winners.
Rochelle Razor-Montgomery is an Operations Specialist at North Coast Electric. Recently married, Rochelle and her husband are deeply committed to two topics: diversity, equity and inclusion and mentoring the next generation. In fact, Razor-Montgomery has started a business that focuses on mentoring students who may not have the same opportunities as others.
Razor-Montgomery also talked about how she sees leadership shaping up for the future, and her needs for technology in the next phase of her career.
