Metro Wire and Cable-Detroit is pleased to announce the hiring of Steven Hatala as Sales Consultant in Detroit, MI and Doug Gilstrap as Sales and Operations Assistant in Lawrenceville, GA.
Hatala comes to Metro Wire and Cable after serving in several capacities within the wire and cable and industrial distribution industry. With experience in various roles from warehouse/supply chain, to purchasing and sales, Steve has a solid background for providing solutions to customers’ needs and specifications.
Gilstrap will be joining the Metro Wire and Cable-Atlanta team. Doug, who has an extensive history in the HVAC industry in Metro Atlanta, will serve the Atlanta team as a Sales and Operations Assistant, with sales and supply chain responsibilities.
Both will be working with customers in and around their respective geographic regions, as well as specializing in providing results to electrical contractors, fire and security companies, utilities, OEMs and other customer bases. Hatala’s and Gilstrap’s broad knowledge of electrical cable and accessories, coupled with their abilities to relate well with various customer groups, will poise them for great success in these markets.
