To execute these initiatives effectively, Milbank is implementing key leadership changes:
- Adrienne Sander – Vice President, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
As part of Milbank’s commitment to leveraging data for smarter decision-making, Adrienne Sander transitions from her role as Vice President of Sales to lead the company’s newly established Data Analytics and Business Intelligence department. This strategic move underscores the increasing importance of data in driving innovation, efficiency, and customer-centric solutions. Sander will focus on developing and implementing business intelligence tools that provide real-time insights, empowering Milbank teams to enhance operations, optimize the customer experience, and accelerate strategic growth. - Chris Buelow – Senior Vice President, Growth and Revenue
Buelow will lead all global sales and marketing efforts, driving growth across all markets, including metering, enclosed controls, and Milbank’s newly formed PWRvance division, specializing in high-amperage power distribution cabinets. With a strong focus on expanding market presence, enhancing the customer experience, and strengthening strategic partnerships, he will align sales and marketing strategies to meet the evolving needs of the industry. He brings a wealth of experience in driving sustainable growth and revenue strategies across diverse industries and will play a pivotal role in positioning Milbank for long-term success. - Doug Ubel – Senior Vice President, Operations
In this role, Ubel will oversee all manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions, with a strong focus on enhancing capacity, improving lead times, and strengthening overall execution. His leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning operations with Milbank’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring it meets and exceeds customer expectations through reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With a deep understanding of operational excellence and a proven track record in optimizing supply chain logistics, Ubel’s leadership will reinforce Milbank’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that drive success for its partners. - Troy Maki – Vice President, Manufacturing Technology
Maki will lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, driving greater efficiency, precision, and sustainability across Milbank’s manufacturing facilities. His focus on automation, process optimization, and quality control will enhance production capabilities, reduce waste, and ensure consistent, high-quality products for its customers.
