Jade West, senior vice president-government relations for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, says distributors don’t need to worry about much being done on the legislative front this year – in part due to upcoming presidential elections.

Congress will do very little this year,” West said recently at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors’ annual Executive Summit at the end of January.

Instead, keep a close eye on regulatory shifts – mostly related to labor rules.
