PALM BEACH, Fla. – The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) elected its 2026 Board officers and welcomed six new Board members to lead the organization and its more than 300 member companies in strengthening U.S. manufacturing and powering a resilient, safe, electrified economy. The elections were held during NEMA’s 2025 Annual Meeting in Palm Beach, Florida.
“NEMA’s Board of Directors serves as the guiding force behind our mission— providing critical strategic direction that shapes the future of both NEMA and the electroindustry,” said NEMA President and CEO Debra Phillips. “As leaders representing the collective voice of electrical manufacturers, our Board plays an indispensable role in advancing industry goals through policy advocacy, standards development, and technological innovation in Washington, state capitals, and markets around the world.”
NEMA elected the following Officers and new Board Members:

- Beth Wozniak, Chief Executive Officer, nVEnt – Chair of the NEMA Board and Executive Committee
- Barry Powell, North American President/Regional CEO of Electrical Products, Siemens Industry — Vice Chair of the NEMA Board
- Kevin Poyck, President, Genlyte, Color Kinetics and Entertainment Business Unit, Signify — NEMA Treasurer

- Davis Mathews, President and CEO, Phoenix Contact
