This week, Paramont E.S. of Broadview, Ill. announced that it has acquired two companies in the commercial and residential lighting arena—Evergreen-Oak and Crest Lighting.
According to a company news release, “Evergreen-Oak has been serving builders and contractors throughout the Metropolitan Chicago area for over 45 years, and Crest Lighting has been serving the decorative lighting needs of builders, developers, and retail customers for over 40 years.”
Each company will continue to operate under its respective name and. Paramont E.S. President will oversee both companies.
