Eindhoven, the Netherlands – Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA) has been recognized with four accolades at Design For Asia Award 2013 (DFA). The winners were announced today during a gala presentation ceremony held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, as part of the activities organized during the Business of Design Week.
For Philips Lighting, ORBIT LED luminaires won the Bronze Award and Philips Friends was awarded with the Merit Recognition. Two Merit Recognitions were given to Philips Consumer Lifestyle products, the RQ370 Two Headed Rotary Shaver and the Fidelio HTL9100 SoundBar with Surround on Demand.
Outstanding designs with Asian perspectives
