Following the completion of Prysmian’s acquisition of Encore Wire on July 2, the companies are releasing the list of 28 sales rep agencies that will represent the combination in the construction and industrial markets.
Prysmian agreed to acquire Encore Wire for $290 a share back in April, with Prysmian announcing the strategy will be to use Encore’s unique production and distribution process to help Prysmian strengthen its footprint in North America.
