DALLAS, Texas — Rexel USA, Inc announced that it has completed the acquisition of Teche Electric Supply, LLC (“Teche Electric”), headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. With the acquisition, Rexel continues its investment to bolster services along Louisiana’s Interstate 10 corridor and strengthens its Gulf Central Region.

The transaction is expected to close at the end of the month.
