Rexel USA, a subsidiary of Rexel Group, has promoted Whitney Walrath to serve as its new Mountain Plains president. Most recently, Walrath served as VP of Business Development for the Mountain Plains region.
Whitney’s 17 years of experience started at GE Supply/Gexpro, and she has since held a wide range of roles, including Energy Solutions Specialist, Lighting Category Manager, Procurement Director in the West, Mountain Plains Marketing Director, Mountain Plains Operations Director and, her most recent role, Mountain Plains VP of Business Development. Walrath also spearheaded the creation of Rexel’s successful leadership development program, Network of Emerging Rexel Talent (NExT).
“I have personally worked alongside Whitney through many projects, and she has always shown tremendous leadership and a great vision for the future of our organization,” Michael Hanna, Rexel Western Division President, SVP, said.
