Robroy Industries Raceway Division recently announced the addition of Ellen Curtis to the team in the role of Human Resources Manager.
Curtis brings with her more than 19 years of Human Resource Management experience from her time at Maxam Outdoors and CertainTeed as a Human Resources Business Partner. She also previously worked at Capacity of Texas as the Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety Manager. When asked what attracted her to the organization, Curtis stated, “The prospect of working with a great, results driven team, and having a better work-life balance.”
In her new role as Human Resources Manager for Robroy Industries Raceway Division, Curtis will be responsible for directing the development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs covering the following areas: recruitment, organization development and succession planning, training assessments, safety, benefits, and employee relations.
