Robroy Industries recently announced the promotion of Kim Blades from Robroy Industries Conduit Division Scheduler/Buyer/Expeditor to the position of Master Scheduler.
“Kim joined the Materials team in October of 2014, and over the past year, she has grown immensely,” stated Lauren Conley, the director of human resources at Robroy Industries. “Prior to joining Robroy, Kim spent three years managing inventory controls within a manufacturing and oil field work setting. Yet, she will be the first to admit that she has learned more in the past year-through Oliver Wight MRP Training and on-the-job training-than she had during the prior three years.”
“There have been changes within the materials department over the past six months, and Kim has remained committed to the organization and getting the job done. It’s a testimony to her great work ethic,” said Lauren Conley.
Kim Blades obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Accounting from Las Vegas Business College in Las Vegas, Nevada.
