CHARLESTON, S.C. – Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced that Kris Prebola has been named VP of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Prebola joined Cooper Electric in 2011 as Finance Leader and was promoted to VP of Finance in 2018. Throughout his eight years at Cooper, Prebola has provided financial leadership and guidance on sales growth initiatives, key acquisitions, and overall business processes. “We’re excited to have Kris take on this new role,” said Rob Taylor, Sonepar USA President.
“His unique experience across the business makes him well suited to lead this area for our organization.”
