Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures, for the 14th year in a row, has been selected as one of “West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.”
The 101 Best and Brightest awards are presented by the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA), that recognizes companies for strategies they use to create the best human resource practices for their employees. The Best and Brightest strives to recognize the most influential, trend-setting companies across the country and regionally in focused programs.
“Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures has continued to grow in many positive ways since the company first one this award 14 years ago,” stated Jeff Seagle, President of Robroy Enclosures. “Winning this award again proves Stahlin is a company that continues to meet the high standards set by MBPA.”
The process for determining the 101 best companies is threefold:
- First, individuals nominate companies
- Second, the human resources manager of each nominated company is contacted and asked to complete an extensive survey
- Third, the company’s employees are randomly selected to complete an extensive survey about their work environment.
