She will, however, continue in her role as Chairman of the Board. In this position, Walter will work with senior management to guide the company’s long term growth strategy while ensuring that Steven Engineering’s strong corporate culture remains intact. |
Replacing the void left by Bonnie Walter, current Executive Vice President Bryan Wolfgram was promoted to the role of CEO. He will be primarily responsible for working with the Board of Directors and senior management to set and execute the company’s strategic vision. Wolfgram joined Steven Engineering in 1985, subsequently cultivating his experience in cross-functional management. Most recently, Wolfgram was responsible for Steven Engineering’s internal operations as Executive Vice President and previously served as the company’s Corporate Sales Manager. In addition, Wolfgram has many years of experience with corporate finance, acquisitions and branch development. |
Paul Burk III was promoted from his role of Vice President of Marketing to President. In his new role, Burk will set and implement the company growth strategy along with maintaining oversight of business development, supplier partner relations, and marketing. Burk joined Steven Engineering in 1994 as the business development member of the team that executed the company’s OEM market strategy. He has held positions in sales management, marketing, and business development. During his tenure the company has experienced meteoric growth. |
