Family-owned electrical distributor, The Hite Company, has acquired Emerson Electric Supply Company, Inc., in Farrell, Pa.
Effective May 1, the company will be known as Emerson Electric Supply, a division of The Hite Company.
Emerson Electric Supply, also a family-owned company, has been serving the western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio markets for 52 years.
Emerson Electric Supply’s employees and owner Phil Piccioto were welcomed into The Hite Company family.
The Hite Company, headquartered in Altoona, Pa., has been in business since 1949 and has 23 locations.
