Turtle & Hughes, Inc., Linden, N.J., has acquired Mag-Trol Long Beach, Inc. a wholesale distributor of electrical and automation equipment, supplies and renewal parts based in Long Beach, Calif.
“The purchase of Mag-Trol allows us to extend our reach to the West Coast market with a highly regarded industrial distribution company,” said Jayne Millard, CEO of Turtle & Hughes. James Shanahan will remain with Mag-Trol as president, with the responsibility of growing the California market for Turtle & Hughes.
