MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Electrical distributor and services provider, Viking Electric, announced that the company has hired Susan McDougall as its new Vice President of Human Resources.
McDougall is an accomplished and strategic human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience. She joins Viking Electric most recently from Tennant Company, where she played a key role in cultivating people strategies that elevated the associate experience, strengthened team performance, and advanced a culture of inclusivity. Prior to that, she worked at Deluxe Corporation and the University of St. Thomas.
Susan earned her BA in Business and MA in Organizational Development from the University of St. Thomas and holds her SPHR certification. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
