Reports have reached tedmag.com that Walter’s Wholesale Electric of Signal Hill, Calif. has been acquired by Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED).
Walter’s Wholesale Electric has more than 25 locations in Southern California.
Our sources for this report spoke under the condition of anonymity.
Our reporter was able to get in contact with Bill Durkee, president of Walter’s. Durkee would only say, “In the interest of the privacy of the Coburn and Walter families, I have no comment.”
The Coburn family Durkee is referring to owns CED.
