Warshauer Promotes Switchgear Department Manager

Justin Krusius

TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Warshauer Electric Supply, a New Jersey-based electrical wholesaler, announced the promotion of Justin Krusius, who will assume the role of Switchgear Department Manager based out of the Tinton Falls Location.

Krusius assumes the role previously held by John Pardenek, VP of Technical Sales. Pardenek recently announced he will step down from full-time duties on December 31st, 2021 and will assume a part-time role going forward. Pardenek will continue to support key contractors and other key customers and will stay actively involved on most high-profile switchgear projects.

“I’m very proud of what we have accomplished as a company over the past 38 years and happy that I could play an important role in those accomplishments. I am extremely grateful to Jim Warshauer for the opportunity he gave me and his confidence in me and support along the way,” Pardenek commented. “Justin has a wealth of experience, technically from his education and continued thirst for knowledge and practically from his years in electrical contracting. I have no doubt that Justin will do a great job leading the group and facilitating its continued growth and profitability for the company.”

Jim Warshauer, President commented: “John was one of the most important employees I ever hired at Warshauer. With his prior experience at Square D he quickly became known as the go-to person in the state for switchgear projects. Our gear department has never looked back, and John’s leadership helped grow it to be the best gear department in the state and a critical component of our success year in and year out. Our company is built on a simple philosophy: combine value added solutions with an unmatched level of expertise. John Pardenek and the switchgear department he built is the cornerstone of that philosophy. I am very proud of John’s many accomplishments and very happy and fortunate we have someone of Justin’s experience and expertise to fill those big shoes.”
