2015 ENERGY STAR Award Winners

Each year, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) honors a select group of organizations that have made outstanding contributions to protecting the environment through superior energy efficiency. Whether a first time Partner of the Year winner, or a Sustained Excellence winner, these small and large organizations from across the country are leading the energy efficiency movement. 

Several NAED members have received these notable awards for 2015, including:

  • Metro Lighting: Climate Communications (Awarded to partners that have raised their customers’ awareness of the impact of climate change through communications campaigns that encourage their customers to fight climate change with the help of ENERGY STAR or emphasize how energy-efficient behaviors have a positive effect on the environment).
  • Metro Lighting: Excellence in Retailing (Awarded to companies in the retail sector for commitment to selling ENERGY STAR certified products.)
  • MaxLite: Partner of the Year Award, Product Brand Owner (Awarded to companies for designing and manufacturing high-efficiency products, including appliances, windows, electronics, and lighting.)
  • Eaton’s Cooper Lighting: Partner of the Year Award, Product Brand Owner (Awarded to companies for designing and manufacturing high-efficiency products, including appliances, windows, electronics, and lighting.)
  • Philips: Partner of the Year Award, Sustained Excellence, Product Brand Owner (Awarded to companies for designing and manufacturing high-efficiency products, including appliances, windows, electronics, and lighting.)
