BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Pam Bednarz, Area Manager–Construction at Siemens Industry has been elected by the 169 members of the North Central Electrical Manufacturers Club as its 82nd President, serving a one-year term for 2019-20. Bednarz succeeds Scott St. Marie who completed his one-year term as President on May 17, 2019.
Bednarz started her electrical industry career in 1994 after earning a B.S.E.E. from the University of Minnesota. She worked for General Electric for two years, then was hired by Siemens in 1996. She has advanced steadily in her career at Siemens from inside sales, outside sales with a contractor focus, channel sales, and is currently Siemens Industry Area Manager–Construction in the territory. Bednarz becomes the second woman to serve as NCEMC President (Mary Hansen in 1995-96). She is married with children and lives in the western suburbs of the twin cities.
The NCEMC Board of Directors election results were announced May 17, 2019 at its Annual Meeting in Golden Valley, Minn.
The North Central Electrical Manufacturers Club is a nonprofit membership organization of 169 electrical manufacturers and sales representatives from throughout the Upper Midwest region. NCEMC’s goal is to promote and maintain the high standards of the manufacturing segment of the Upper Midwest’s Electrical Industry. NCEMC activities are coordinated and managed by staff of North Central Electrical League, a nonprofit industry-wide trade association representing all sectors of the Upper Midwest Electrical Industry.
