Warshauer Electric Supply
Warshauer Trade (WTRADE): Introduction to Electrical Contracting

The Introduction to Electrical Contracting course serves as a fast track for students looking to start a career as an electrical contractor.

This two-minute, 17-second video introduces the problem of the severe shortage of electricians, the lack of accessible and affordable training for aspiring electricians, and zero on-the-job training for existing electricians. It then introduces WTRADE, a unique, industry-leading adult trade school that combines hands-on training with classroom learning and features comments from instructors and students.

The judges noted that the video “showcases a clear, customer-focused narrative that instantly reinforces the brand and demonstrates tangible value for future electrical contractors.”

Codale Electric Supply
Vegas CDC Video

As Codale expanded its presence in Las Vegas, the company faced a unique opportunity and challenge: unifying three established brands (NEDCO, QED, and Codale) under one cohesive identity.

This transition coincided with the development of a new state-of-the-art automated distribution facility in the heart of the city’s Chinatown corridor. The project represented a pivotal moment of transformation that brought together legacy brands, aligned operations, and established a singular, forward-looking presence in a highly competitive and culturally rich market.

The video was created to tell this story, showcasing how Codale is honoring its roots while building a unified future in Las Vegas. Rather than focusing solely on the facility’s advanced technology, the video emphasized the intersection of people, place, and progress.

A two-day production approach allowed for both cinematic (drone footage, automation sequences) and human-centered (employee and customer interactions) storytelling.

“This Codale video powerfully unites brand heritage and cutting-edge innovation, delivering a clear, customer-focused narrative that shines across all marketing channels,” said the judges.

Echo Electric, a Sonepar Company
Echo Experience Video Series

Over the past year, five electrical distributors came together to form Echo Electric. Following acquisitions and rebranding, Echo Electric had to be reintroduced to the market as one distributor offering a broad and differentiated set of solutions.

The Echo Electric rebrand was introduced via engaging, baseball-themed videos tailored to each former brand—an approach that acknowledged the heritage of each company while bringing them together under a unified identity.

After the rebrand launch, a focused four-video series was produced highlighting Echo’s specialized services. Each video showcased realworld jobsite and facility applications and illustrated how Echo delivers value beyond product through packaging and sourcing, industrial solutions, and power center capabilities.

The video series was distributed through an integrated, omni-channel digital media plan designed to maximize reach and engagement. The videos were also repurposed into a structured internal training series.

“The campaign shines by clearly communicating its expanded capabilities and driving measurable growth in both awareness and engagement,” said the judges.

Keystone Technologies
Two Concourse Project Video

Keystone’s winning video is a three-minute case study that highlights how thoughtful lighting design, collaborative partnership, and adaptable technology can transform a space and deliver measurable value across the project chain.

The video showcases the revitalization of the social hub at Two Concourse Center, a Class A office property in suburban Indianapolis, and features Keystone’s Linta Architectural Linear Fixture. By anchoring the story in real voices, the video builds third-party credibility while illustrating the broader value Keystone delivers across the project life cycle.

Through authentic storytelling, the video positions Keystone as not just a product supplier, but also a partner in creating environments that attract tenants, support leasing goals, and deliver long-term value.

“The Keystone Two Concourse video is a clear, compelling showcase of how thoughtful lighting design can drive tenant engagement and brand differentiation,” said the judges.

Robroy Industries
OxBlue Case Study

Robroy’s winning video case study tells a customer-driven story that demonstrates how Stahlin Enclosures solves real operational challenges through partnership, customization, and product innovation.

Rather than focusing solely on product features, the case study highlighted how Stahlin’s engineering capabilities, ModRight customization program, and nonmetallic enclosure solutions directly improved OxBlue’s operational efficiency, reliability, and cost control.

The case study built credibility and trust by showcasing a real customer success story that clearly illustrated the business impact of Stahlin’s solutions. It also reinforced Stahlin’s position as a collaborative partner, demonstrating customization capabilities in action, and providing a compelling sales enablement tool for use across digital and in-person channels.

“This video case study is a compelling customer story that showcases customization and reliability while clearly supporting sales enablement,” said the judges.

Acuity
M3 Video Project Story: Vernon Downs Racetrack

Acuity’s winning submission highlights the Lithonia Lighting M3 Video Project Story featuring Vernon Downs Racetrack, capturing the upgrade of the facility’s aging lighting system through interviews, nighttime race footage, and visual comparisons that clearly demonstrate improvements in track visibility and lighting uniformity.

The almost four-minute video generated measurable engagement, with 597 views on YouTube over a period of two and a half months, 3,124 views across social media platforms, and a 3.6% engagement rate, demonstrating how the video resonates with the target audience.

The judges noted that it “shines as an engaging, results-driven showcase that not only tells a compelling customer story, but also delivers quantifiable savings and expanded venue capabilities.”

Lutron Electronics
Caséta Professional Installer Video

Lutron’s Electronic’s Caséta Professional Installer Video was inspired by a clear gap in authentic representation within its marketing—particularly when it comes to how electrical contractors are portrayed in photography and advertising.

Using a real electrician and filming in a real home, the two-and-a-half-minute video aimed to drive awareness and adoption of the Caséta Wireless Smart Lighting Systems among electrical contractors who met Lutron’s “Evolving Evan” persona (those typically between the ages of 25 and 45, with the majority younger than 35).

The campaign significantly outperformed prior creative approaches, and improvements in digital engagement further reinforced its effectiveness.

“This video showcases authentic contractor storytelling that builds trust, drives measurable growth, and delivers a clear customer-focused message,” said the judges.
