We are continuing our “Reset Button” series with a different look at the NAED Leadership Development Program.
In case you missed it, for the past 10 days, NAED and tED magazine are teaming up to get us ready for 2021. We have all heard someone say, or we have said it ourselves:
“I can’t wait for this year to be over.”
The truth is, if we don’t take some action, and push that reset button, 2021 is going to be a lot like 2020.
Just before Thanksgiving, the first-ever Leadership Development Program class finished all of their assignments. Kelly Jones, NAED’s Director of Learning and Program Content, watched the entire process, from the first assessments the group took to the final project they just completed.
Jones joined the “DistributED with tED magazine” podcast to talk about what those students learned, how a number of important leaders in our industry retired this year so new leaders are needed, and how you can identify your next leaders to be in this program.
