Great Place To Work, a global authority on workplace culture, has certified Rexel USA for its employee experience. The certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a list of questions about the workforce. The certification helps job seekers identify companies that highlight company culture and gives employers a recruiting advantage.

The employee survey showed the following for its 7,194 U.S. employees:
- 92% say they are allowed to take time off work whenever necessary
- 91% say when they joined Rexel USA they felt welcomed
- 89% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices
- 87% say they are offered training or development to further their careers
- 87% say management recognizes honest mistakes are a part of doing business
84% of Rexel USA employees say its a great work environment. The average for a typical U.S. based company is 57%. Employees used words like “people”, “team”, “opportunities”, and “family” when asked what makes Rexel USA a Great Place To Work.
