DistributED: Bad Bosses, Part 2

After a series of conversations about the qualities that are needed for green leadership, the DistributED with tED magazine podcast wanted to look into dealing with difficult bosses.

That led to a conversation we called “Bad Bosses.” We’ve all experienced them, and we’ve all had to deal with them.

In part one of this conversation, we shared some best practices when dealing with bosses who take credit for everything, play “internal politics,” and sometimes are unable to control their tempers or mood.

In part 2, we discuss micromanaging and bosses that are indecisive.
