Lonestar Electric Supply has expanded into Central Texas with the opening of its newest distribution center in Waco. Located on Exchange Parkway, the new facility provides convenient access throughout the region and positions the company to better serve electrical contractors, commercial/residential, and industrial customers across Central Texas.
“Waco has always stood out as a market with great people, a strong sense of community, and tremendous growth over the past decade,” said Derek Jones, Market President for Lonestar Electric Supply. “We’ve had customers asking us to establish a presence here, and we felt the time was right.”
The Waco operation is led by Ricky Palmer, who has served customers in the Waco market for more than 25 years. His local relationships and customer-first approach make him a natural fit to lead Lonestar’s expansion into the area.

As an extension of the company’s DFW operation, the Waco location will leverage the people, processes, inventory, and operational experience that have fueled Lonestar’s success in North Texas over the past 11 years.
