The team’s significant growth over the past several years reflects United’s investment in talent, leadership, and capabilities that enhance service, drive innovation, and help customers meet their operational objectives.
Angela Holowka has been promoted to Director of Operations, OnPoint Automation. She will lead operational strategies, oversee day-to-day execution, and support the group’s long-term growth through innovation and process improvement. Leveraging her mechanical engineering background, Holowka brings a broad combination of technical, operational, and leadership experience to the position and has played an integral role in the growth of OnPoint Automation. Recognized as a rising leader in the electrical industry, she was named one of tED Magazine’s prestigious 30 Under 35 honorees in 2020.
Will DeSantis has been promoted to Director of Sales, OnPoint Automation. He will drive the team’s strategic direction, expand service offerings, and advance the adoption of innovative technologies in the industry. DeSantis brings a unique combination of software, automation, and building systems expertise that has contributed significantly to the growth of OnPoint Automation. His ability to connect technology with business outcomes has helped customers improve operations and achieve their strategic objectives. In recognition of his industry contributions, he was named one of tED Magazine’s prestigious 30 Under 35 honorees in 2022.
