HOUSTON — Lonestar Electric Supply has acquired Huntsville-based Redstone Electric Supply, marking the Houston company’s entry into Alabama and further expanding its growing national footprint.
Redstone Electric Supply supplies equipment, parts and lighting solutions for commercial, industrial and federal construction projects, just as Lonestar Electric Supply does. The two companies also provide project management, custom logistics and financial structuring to streamline material tracking and project execution from bidding to completion. Both are channel partners of ABB, a leader in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
The acquisition was completed on October 5th of 2026; Redstone Electric Supply will keep its name as it now operates under the umbrella of Lonestar Electric Supply at its Huntsville facility. All Redstone employees will join the Lonestar organization.

This summer, Lonestar Electric Supply acquired Industrial Cable Solutions in Louisiana, building on recent expansions across New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette. Earlier this year, Lonestar Electric Supply also opened operations in new markets within Texas and Oklahoma. The company partners with commercial and industrial contractors, EPCs, OEMs, end users, and more to lead electrification across America.
