Since 1951 Hendrix has provided technical assistance to their customers for the design and installation of its Spacer Cable systems. Hendrix has now expanded those services to every project phase, from specifications, system design, training, onsite support, quality assurance and final inspection. Customers can send Hendrix a staking sheet with capacity requirements, and a complete Spacer Cable system design is provided to them. Design costs are waived if the entire system is purchased through Hendrix Aerial. The company will then work with planners, designers, project managers, line crews or contractors to provide both onsite and online training and assistance as well as on site advisory services. An extended one year warranty is available on Spacer Cable systems that are final inspected and approved by a Hendrix Field Service Engineer. Hendrix will continue to provide many of these services free of charge to new customers and now offers low cost services for long term support.
