NEW LONDON, Conn. — Legrand® announced a pair of organizational changes designed to reflect its mission of delivering comprehensive structured cabling, connectivity, and network infrastructure solutions. These personnel changes will help Legrand align its organization globally to better serve the needs of its end customers and channel partners across its Enterprise and IT businesses.
“These organizational changes will help us better serve both our domestic and international businesses, while creating greater focus on our strategic growth opportunities and leveraging key personnel strengths,” said Paul Finnegan, Executive Vice President of Sales for the Data Communications Division of Legrand. “These moves position us to continue our momentum of delivering higher-value structured cabling, connectivity, and network infrastructure solutions for the spaces where people live and work.”
The changes include the following:
- Johan Slot will join the Data Communications Division of Legrand as Vice President of International Sales, Enterprise and IT. Johan brings tremendous knowledge of the channel, global accounts, as well as operational efficiencies to the Data Communications Division of Legrand with over 25 years of experience.
- Nancy Czlonka has been promoted to Vice President of Domestic IT Sales, responsible for strategic sales planning and direction for both the field and inside sales teams through the IT Channel.
“This new structure positions the Data Communications Division of Legrand to drive sales growth and better align with the business needs of our customers moving forward,” said Finnegan. “We’re proud to have these stellar performers taking leadership responsibilities within our team.”
