Michael Grebe, CEO of Interline Brands, is retiring from the company. He has been with Interline for 17 years, 13 of those as CEO.
Interline Brands was acquired by Home Depot in July.
Ken Sweder, who has been with the company since 2008 and previously served as president and chief operating officer, will become the new CEO of Interline and a senior vice president at Home Depot.
Grebe will remain with the company until January 15.
