Anixter has teamed up with Corning MobileAccess . According to a recent company news release, the partnership was formed “to deploy the full line of Corning MobileAccess distributed antenna systems solutions.”
Anixter will now be able to market the in-building wireless products to its customer base. Corning MobileAccess offers the MobileAccess2000 and MobileAccessVE solutions.
Rick Arsenault, vice president of business development for the distributor, said, “We are excited to be expanding our relationship with Corning, and see the in-building cellular market as a growing area of our business.”
“Our agreement with a global distributor like Anixter enables Corning MobileAccess to address the cellular demand in the enterprise market,” said Darlene Braunschweig, senior vice president of global sales for Corning MobileAccess.
Anixter cited “increasing demand in the in-building cellular market,” as the reason for partnering with Corning MobileAccess.
Anixter is the largest global distributor of Corning Cable Systems.
