Arlington Resolves Lawsuit Against Cooper Crouse-Hinds

Scranton, PennsylvaniaArlington Industries announces the resolution of its lawsuit against Defendant, Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC, a subsidiary of Eaton Corporation. Arlington had asserted the patent and trademark on its IN BOX® line of Recessed Electrical Boxes with Weatherproof In Use Extra Duty Covers against Eaton Crouse-Hinds’ “Extra Duty Recessed While-In-Use Covers” line of weatherproof box products, i.e., model numbers WIUR1W1, WIUR1T1, WIUR1G1, WIUR1B, which were recently discontinued.
