B2X Partners Launches Website for Distributors

ASHBURN, Va. — B2X Partners, a leading digital agency focused on B2B e-commerce for the independent distributor, launches DigitalBranch.co. The first of its kind, this website is entirely dedicated to supporting e-commerce success for the independent distributor. The site includes the new DigitalBranch™ Incubator, an education and training portal designed to serve all people working to drive e-commerce teams for industrial distributors. Incubator membership includes video training, monthly live webcasts and master classes, e-commerce platform reviews and summaries, all-access to a private Facebook community, weekly office hours and coaching, private content access and early views into all new programming, all created by thought leaders and practitioners in the B2B e-commerce space.

“This new platform fills a crucial gap that we kept hearing from customers and partners – we don’t know what we don’t knowwhen it comes to B2B e-commerce,” says B2X Partners Founder Bob Lewis. “Through our agency we provide strategy, design, technology selection, launch and post-launch services.  Essentially acting as the interim digital team for our customers, providing expertise and leadership throughout their journey and assistance in developing their team going forward.  But we saw another urgent need: there are few resources and communities focused on educating distributors how to go digital. This is a different kind of site – one that is 100% dedicated to helping independent distributors stay up-to-date and competitive in this rapidly evolving digital market,” he continued.

“While we provide the expertise and knowledge, our primary focus [is] on serving our customers – and it’s their specific needs and opportunities that will continue to drive the content and services,” says Justin King, e-commerce expert and Partner at B2X Partners. “We are serving the individuals who are driving the distribution business – from the key stakeholders to day-to-day practitioners. The DigitalBranch™ Incubator provides continual education, focused training and webcasts, insights into e-commerce platforms trends and news. Everything we create is designed to be relevant, concrete and actionable. Our goal is to help make every single member’s job easier, clearer and forward-focused,” he added.

“The DigitalBranch Incubator is a resource we didn’t even know was missing,” said Les Johnson, CIO of the electrical distributor, North Coast Electric. “It will be a bedrock tool for management to build their strategic understanding and for my e-commerce team to have the training, tools and up-to-date information to really drive and optimize our own DigitalBranch.”

“The DigitalBranch™ Incubator has helped keep me learn all aspects of creating our own DigitalBranch,” said Amy Brown, Marketing Specialist at Hubbard Supply Company. “I especially like the updates on what MSC and Grainger are doing on their sites.  It helps us shape what new customer experience changes we need to make on our own site and more importantly what benefit these changes will have for helping our customers do their job.”

DigitalBranch.co and the DigitalBranch™ Incubator launches June 2017. Early membership to the DigitalBranch ™ Incubator is available at: https://digitalbranch.co/join
