FARGO, N.D. — Border States Electric (BSE) has announced that James Sipe has been promoted to Strategy Enablement Director.
His new responsibilities include establishing and leading the Strategy Enablement Team. The team’s responsibilities include business intelligence, mergers and acquisitions integration, project management, continuous process improvement and repeatable process.
Sipe joined Shealy Electrical Wholesalers in 2011 and served as vice president of operations since June 2013. Sipe joined BSE August 1 when Shealy Electrical Wholesalers was acquired by BSE.
Sipe, his wife Gartha, and two boys (Dylan and Nick), will relocate to Fargo, N.D.
