FARGO, N.D. — Border States Electric (BSE) has promoted Ryan Tepley to alliance manager serving Xcel Energy, Tim Conmy has been promoted to integration manager, and Treavor Peterson has been named the new Fargo branch manager.
Border States Electric (BSE) promoted Ryan Tepley to alliance manager serving Xcel Energy. Tepley joined BSE in October 1999. In 2003, he transitioned into the emerging supply chain services department as a specialist coordinating inventory and service requirements.
In 2005, he took on the role of northeast region supply chain services coordinator and in 2010 moved to serving Xcel Energy, where he has focused on driving overall service levels and operational performance. Tepley lives in Rockford, Minnesota, with his wife and their two children. |
Tim Conmy has been named integration manager. Conmy has been with BSE for 15 years and most recently served as the branch manager in Fargo. His new role will be to manage large integrations and significant business process changes. |
BSE has also named Treavor Peterson Fargo branch manager. Peterson has been with BSE for eight years, starting as a buyer of construction and commodity products. Most recently, he was the corporate customer supply chain manager. His team developed and maintained inventory, pricing and sourcing strategies for BSE¹s alliance customers. He also led BSE¹s storm response team and was a key member of BSE¹s customer implementation and acquisition teams. Peterson has a bachelor¹s degree in business from Concordia College, Moorhead, and an MBA in management from the University of Mary, Bismarck. |
