MONTERREY, Mexico — Bricos has announced the appointment of Talía Hernandez as its new Vice President of Human Resources. This strategic leadership addition reinforces Bricos’ commitment to building an engaged, empowered workforce and driving organizational excellence.
With more than 25 years of experience in Talent and Culture, Hernandez brings deep expertise in aligning human capital strategies with business goals. Her career has centered on driving integrated talent development, cultivating strong organizational cultures, and designing business-aligned structures that position companies for long-term success.
Hernandez spent 25 years at Metalsa and five years at Citrofrut, where she held pivotal roles in Talent and Culture, earning a reputation as a strategic, people-first, and results-oriented leader. In addition to her corporate tenure, she has also worked as a consultant and executive coach, supporting leaders and teams through organizational change, cultural transformation, and capability building.
“Talía’s arrival comes at an important moment in our growth journey,” said Cristopher Chacon, CEO at Bricos. “As we continue to invest in our people, her leadership will be key to ensuring our culture remains our greatest strength.”
Hernandez joins Bricos as the company celebrates two major milestones: being named one of the Top 26 Places to Work in Mexico by Super Empresas and receiving the designation of Socially Responsible Company for 9 consecutive years. These recognitions reflect Bricos’ unwavering focus on creating a positive, purpose-driven workplace—values that Talía is uniquely equipped to champion and amplify in her new role.
