Buckles-Smith Celebrates 75th Anniversary

San Francisco, CA – On Friday evening, April 29, 2014, Buckles-Smith invited top executives from its key vendor partners to help celebrate Buckles-Smith’s 75th Anniversary.  Coinciding with the NAED National meeting in San Francisco, the celebration took place in San Francisco’s North Beach.  The group started with dinner at Italian restaurant Rose Pistola, and then enjoyed the live production of a San Francisco favorite, Beach Blanket Babylon.  The evening wrapped up with a night cap at O’Reilly’s Irish Pub.

Art Cook, Buckles-Smith’s President and CEO commented, “Buckles-Smith was happy to host this great party to acknowledge the tremendous support the vendor community has provided Buckles-Smith for the past 75 years.”

Buckles-Smith will continue to celebrate their 75th Anniversary throughout 2014.  In addition to customer and employee appreciation events planned for this fall, Buckles-Smith is also sponsoring a $75 dollar match for Buckles-Smith employees’ charitable donations.  The events and programs planned throughout the year coincide with Buckles-Smith’s vision to be a vital part of customers’ operations, the preferred distributor for suppliers, a great workplace for employees, and an integrated member of the communities where Buckles-Smith employees work and live.
