San Jose, Calif. – Buckles-Smith proudly announces that Eric Peschke joined the Buckles-Smith Team as Director of Supply Chain Solutions at corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA.
“Supply Chain Solutions differentiates Buckles-Smith from other wholesalers,” said Buckles-Smith’s President and CEO, Art Cook. “I am very excited that we are able to attract someone of Eric’s caliber and experience to drive our efforts in this strategically important area for us. Eric will focus on process and quality systems needed to sustain our existing Supply Chain efforts, as well as driving the acquisition of new Supply Chain contracts with our OEM and end user customers.”
Peschke most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations with Valin Corporation, a high purity valve and process automation distributor who he was with the past four years. A graduate of Cornell University, Peschke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management. With more than 12 years of industry experience, Peschke previously worked as the Director of Operations with Engineered Solutions, a contract manufacturer headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Founded in San Jose in 1939, Buckles-Smith is the largest independent electrical supplier in Northern California. Buckles-Smith provides its customers with broad local inventory, next day delivery/same day pick-up, technical support, training seminars, and inventory management.
