MOONACHIE, N.J. –– Bulbrite Industries was honored with the New Jersey SmartCEO’s Corporate Culture Award. The award is given to the top fifty (50) companies in New Jersey that have created inspiring and positive employee cultural practices. Bulbrite and the fellow recipients of this award will be profiled the November/December issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony November 1, 2016.
Bulbrite’s BE BRITE culture was nominated due to its work policy that encourages a productive and creative work space. The core values that make up the BE BRITE culture include Excellence, Better Way, Relationships, Integrity, Team Spirit, and Educate. These values are part of the reason why Bulbrite was nominated and won the award. “Culture is so essential to a company’s success, and I’m proud to say that we have such a great culture. The event was attended by six of the previous BE BRITE monthly recipients as well as President, Cathy Choi.
