MANCHESTER, N.H. — BURNDY® is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Owens to Vice President, Utility and Tooling, effective June 1, 2015. In addition to his Tooling PLBT responsibilities, Dan will now assume the added responsibility of managing the Utility PLBT team.
Dan has been leading the BURNDY Tooling Product Line Business since May of 2013. He has successfully grown the business through NPD advancements, customer focus and capital investments. As a result, the Tooling PLBT is well-positioned to meet the future customer and market demands and opportunities. We look forward to Dan continuing in these efforts to meet the challenge and continued success established by the Utility team members.
In his new assignment leading both the tooling and utility teams, Dan brings a strong team and customer-focused approach built on the experienced he’s gained from past sales management and product management positions.
Dan has been with Burndy for almost 5 years – starting in 2011 as a Sr. Product Manager, Tooling PLBT and then being promoted to the Director of Tooling PLBT in 2013. Dan has a BA in Mathematics from Gettysburg College.
