Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), headquartered in Irving, Texas, announced that its acquisition of Nu-Lite was completed yesterday.
We are pleased to announce CED has acquired certain assets of Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers, LLC in Louisiana. Their six locations will continue to be led by Rick Corales. They will be included in our Nu-Lite Division of the Mountain Central Region.
