At the NAED National Meeting in May, the association handed out its annual achievement awards to individuals and companies that have made significant contributions to the association.
Chris Scarbrough, President of Echo Electric – A Sonepar Company and Vice President of NAED’s Futures Group, earned the 2026 NAED Distributor Distinguished Service Award. The award recognizes an individual distributor for outstanding and dedicated service to the Association and the electrical distribution industry. To earn the award, people must make a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of NAED programs, make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of programs or activities that favorably impact distributors, and serve on a board, committee, or task force of NAED.
Andy Waring, Central Region President at Sonepar and a past NAED Distributor Distinguished Service Award recipient, introduced Scarbrough at the awards ceremony.
