SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Codale Electric Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has announced the acquisition of Grove Madsen Industries. Founded in 1981, Grove Madsen Industries is a leader in electrical, automation and training solutions, and serves its customers from its two locations in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada.
“Codale welcomes the Grove Madsen team with great excitement,” said Jon Mitchell, President of Codale. “Grove Madsen’s well-established customer base, along with its strong desire to grow, will greatly enhance our opportunities within the state of Nevada.”
Grove Madsen will now operate under the name “Grove Madsen Industries, a Division of Codale.”
