Condux Tesmec Names New Managers

MANKATO, Minn. — Condux Tesmec has announced the addition of a new Field Service Manager and a new Techinical Service Manager.

Bryan Thompson is the company’s new Field Service Manager. As Field Service Manager, Thompson will be in charge of providing equipment troubleshooting, as well as onsite service and repair to Condux Tesmec customers throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, he will assist in parts, stocking and inventory management.

Director of Sales and Marketing, Jeremy Smuder, said, “Bryan brings a level of experience and knowledge to this position that will greatly benefit all Condux Tesmec customers. We are pleased to welcome him on board.”

Thompson brings with him over 18 years of both electrical and mechanical service technician experience.

The company also announced the addition of James (Jimmy) Curtis as its new Technical Service Manager. As Technical Service Manager, Curtis will manage the development of training materials, as well as deliver onsite training and instruction to Condux Tesmec customers throughout the United States and Canada

Smuder stated, “Training and customer support are very important to Condux Tesmec. Having a skilled Technical Service Manager in place will help Condux Tesemc clients achieve greater levels of proficiency and productivity in the field.”

Curtis brings over 20 years of customer support in the development and administration of training and instructional materials.
