HOUSTON, Texas — Crawford, A Sonepar Company, moved its Houston branch and headquarters less than a mile away. The new 48,900 sq. ft. facility is packed with upgraded features. The supplier and solutions provider announced that its new location is equipped with 24/7 material lockers, customer training facilities, and a combined counter-warehouse. Like their Leander branch, the new Houston site allows for material self-selection from the 21,000 sq. ft. combined counter-warehouse to accelerate the speed of service.
“We are excited to relocate the Houston office. The new location is more conveniently located and was designed to be enjoyed by associates, customers, and vendor partners,” said Bart Perez, Gulf Coast Region Vice President. “We worked to create a space that inspires associates, draws new talent in, and supports a better customer experience.”
Home to 100+ associates, the new Houston office features showcase lighting and collaboration areas throughout the building to encourage creativity.
In November, Crawford debuted their new 500,000 sq. ft. Central Distribution Center (CDC) in Katy, Texas. The CDC will eventually supply most Texas branches and makes daily deliveries to the new Houston location, ensuring the availability of its full product selection.
