Dakota Supply Group (DSG) has named Mike Tupa as its chief segment officer. In this newly created position at DSG, Tupa will work directly with segment managers and will be responsible for overseeing the performance of each segment, identifying and developing areas for growth and providing leadership to segment managers.
Tupa has worked for DSG for more than 35 years. Of those years, he has served on the outside sales team, as the branch manager of DSG’s Fargo location and as DSG’s electrical segment manager.
“Every one of Mike’s jobs here at DSG has prepared him to be the ideal CSO,” says Tom Rosendahl, president of DSG. “He is going to be an invaluable resource for our segment managers, and that is going to benefit our customers in the end.”
