VP Supply Corp. recently acquired Dansville Electrical Supply, a wholesaler and retailer of industrial electrical distribution equipment, electrical components and related tools. The acquisition was official as of June 1.
Dansville Electrical Supply was established by the Henry family, and serves contractors, facilities managers and homeowners alike. It will continue to operate from its location at 30 Ossian Street in Dansville. The business’ official name will now be Dansville Electrical Supply, a Division of VP Supply Corp.
“Our relationship with VP Supply will open up new opportunities for our customers,” said Dansville Electrical Supply Vice President, Marlow Henry, in a recent interview by thewholesaler.com. Henry opened the firm in 1984, and continues to operate the business with wife and President, Karen Henry, along with three employees.
The supply house will soon be outfitted with VP’s full range of plumbing, HVAC, fasteners, safety and and industrial supplies. Customers will also have easy access to kitchen and bathroom products through VP Supply’s Innovations kitchen & bath showrooms.
